I\u2019m still in New York City but we are flying home tomorrow. I\u2019m pretty sure\u00a0I\u2019ll wish I saved this post for when I\u2019ve had adequate sleep, but I\u2019m\u00a0going to throw it out there anyway because I\u2019m feeling all happy and glowy about the conference and I want to share pictures! Also, I just ate that solid chocolate RITA statue from the awards ceremony for dinner tonight so I\u2019m\u00a0going to ride this sugar high until I crash.\u00a0 Lucky, lucky you. Here\u2019s the thing:\u00a0RWA<\/a>\u00a0rocks<\/em>.\u00a0 I love the organization, I love the brilliant, talented authors who come to the conference to share their expertise, and I love the amazing people who I\u2019ve been\u00a0fortunate enough to meet along the way.<\/p>\n

All the\u00a0workshops were wonderful, but the absolute\u00a0best<\/em> part of this conference was getting to meet\u00a0my 2015 Golden Heart\u00a0sisters, the Dragonflies.\u00a0 Over the past few months we formed invaluable friendships, and it was wonderful to finally meet\u00a0each other\u00a0in person.\u00a0 I am continually in awe of how blessed I am to be a part of this powerful, talented, inspiring group of women.\u00a0\u00a0The conference flew by and I only wish I had more time to spend with them.\u00a0\u00a0This is the biggest reason I\u2019ll be looking forward to the 2016 RWA National Conference in San Diego next year.\u00a0 I hope to see everyone there again, and I hope to meet those who were unable to attend this year!<\/p>\n
